When can I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), we will begin processing it on the same business day. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, after which delivery to the United States usually takes 6–12 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your parcel at any time.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently ship to the United States only.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable duties and taxes are included in the price, and you will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

The estimated delivery time has passed. What is the status of my order?

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control such as customs inspections, public holidays, or seasonal demand.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team.

I would like to return an item. What should I do?

If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team at ardensrow@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
Undamaged
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
